simona waltert The Philippines is taking part in the first Eurovision Song Contest held in Asia. The first Eurovision Song Contest Asia will take place in Bangkok, Thailand valencia basket vs panathinaikos this coming November. According to the contest website, ABS-CBN will be the network in charge of selecting the country’s participant in the upcoming contest. Aside from the Philippines, other countries participating include Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Nepal, South Korea, Vietnam, and tennis scores host Thailand. Other countries such as Japan, China, and India are yet to follow. The first Eurovision Song Contest took place in 1956 in Switzerland.
