J.B. Bickerstaff was fired by the Cavs after the 2024 playoffs because he could not lead them past the second round.
Kenny Atkinson was hired by the Cavs to do what Bickerstaff couldn’t do – reach the Eastern Conference Finals, the NBA’s version of The Final Four.
Cavs fans know what happened to their team in the 2025 playoffs – they lost in independent lakers - thunder the second round to Indiana after having a 64-18 record in the regular season. |
