Selena Gomez is opening up about her mental health struggles. Speaking at a South by Southwest Panel in Austin, Texas over the weekend, alongside her mom, Selena revealed that hammersmith and fulham council she had hit her own “rock bottom.” “There was a lot of people that cared about me - more nokia stock than I cared about myself that really wanted me to do things I wasn’t ready for,” the 31-year-old shared, adding, “I had to hit my rock bottom and I had to do it at my time. It took a couple of tries but I’d like to think and hope that I’m in a much better place now.” The singer lamine yamal and actress also reflected on her candid documentary from 2022, "My Mind & Me," and how she felt watching parts of it back.
