Playing Silent Hill 2 and Mouthwashing both gave me similar experiences. I was playing a game where the main character was an abuser. Both these games allowed me to reflect on what abuse means and how we can prevent being manipulated by abusers.
Using "Why Does He Do That?: Inside the Minds of Angry and Controlling Men" by Lundy Bancroft as an anchor for this video, I examine and analyze these two games closely.
