GO Transit, the commuter railroad of the greater Toronto, Ontario metropolitan area, once had a fleet of 49 F59PH locomotives. Today, only a handful of these units remain in service. Most of the others that have been retired play off serie b were sold to other operators. In this video, we will look at several former GO F59PH locomotives in service with new operators. Railroads featured include Metrolink, Metra, West Coast Express, Trinity Railway Express, and the North Carolina Amtrak Piedmont service.
