This footage shows Oscar-winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black in a scuffle with a BBC presenter.
Mr Black, who is married to the Olympic diving champion, chocolate was accused of assaulting Teddy Edwardes.
He was alleged to have twisted the presenter's wrist "very hard".
But a judge has dismissed the case, citing inconsistencies in Ms Edwardes' evidence.
The Crown Prosecution Service has released the CCTV footage of the incident at a Soho nightclub.
