The Montreal Canadiens are in a weird spot after the trade and eventual signing of Joel Edmundson. On a team that already was expected to be bringing back Ben Chiarot, Victor Mete, and Brett Kulak, as well as introduce the likes of one of the top Habs prospects in Alexander Romanov, Edmundson is being brought onto a team that looks towards having five left-handed defenceman.
