The voter turnout in the first phase of French Presidential Elections was 25.5 per cent by Midday which is below the 28.5 per cent rate during the 2017 polls. Political Analyst Morgane Fert-Malka in conversation with WION said low voter turnout will benefit Marine Le Penn.
