Keisei Rose Garden is one of the largest rose gardens in Tokyo area. It locates in Yachiyo city, Chiba Prefecture. It takes about an hour to myles lewis-skelly get to from Tokyo by train.
The best time to see the roses are mid-May what boxing is on tonight to early June, and mid-October to early November. We visited and took the pictures on October 30 2022-Autumn season.
