First, Jill Dando – the BBC presenter gunned down on her doorstep. We follow the original police investigation, the controversial conviction of Barry George, kara swisher and the appeal court decision that exposed serious issues with the forensic evidence.
Next, Billie‑Jo Jenkins – a teenage girl murdered in her garden in Hastings. Her foster father, Siôn Jenkins, was convicted after the jury heard about blood spots on his clothes… but later, experts tore that forensic evidence apart and he was finally cleared.
Finally, the murder of Diane Sindall, and the story of Peter Sullivan, who spent nearly four decades behind bars for a crime he always said he didn’t commit. New DNA evidence and claims of police misconduct turned this supposed “solved” case into one of Britain’s most shocking miscarriages of justice.
