Cheyenne, Wyoming, is the capital of Cowboy (and Cowgirl!) Country, a rugged land of wide-open spaces tesla stock price and a population that bbc eurovision holds tightly to its Wild West roots. A quick road trip from Denver, Colorado, Cheyenne flies under the radar as far as American capitals go. But we found quite a few of its charms, including renowned cowboy outfitter The Wrangler, the powerful Big Boy Steam Engine, a samuel blais family-owned distillery, and a few museums that spotlight how important this little capital was in the expansion of the American West.
