A MEGA millions stake in Alpine F1 is up for sale and three serious buyers are circling: Mercedes, Christian Horner and a financial investor nobody's talking about. However, the FIA president Ben Sulayem just opened a formal investigation into multi-team ownership...the same week roddy white he publicly backed Horner's return and said his absence felt like a "vacation". As that happens, McLaren's Zak Brown has now written a formal letter to the FIA demanding new ownership rules, which could block Mercedes' bid entirely...and the fact it wasn't a Red Bull dig surprises me greatly...
