First , an issue that's nba mvp causing a lot of controversy , ithe Government's proposals to make cuts to the legal aid budget of joao fonseca some 350 million pounds. The Bill proposing the reform of the legal aid system has passed through the commons and is now in the Lords for discussion. But a report out today from the Lords Constitution Committee is criticising the legend cuts and says the Legal Aid bill threatens the constitutional right to Justice for everyone. Lynn Courtney has been taking a look at all sides of the debate.
