There are a lot of short and long term parking near San Diego Airport which is affordable. However, I still chose the wec beautiful and secured parking inside the San Diego Airport. It wielka brytania is a bit pricey but you will feel at peace when you leave your car for few days, just like mine.
I left my car for 5 days and everything looks good when we came back from our trip.
CCTV cameras are everywhere, security people and the lighting is so good at night. Quick check in and out at the gate plus friendly staff.
