Just before xmas I got a new Hive. I decided to film and share the installation process with you.
Rewiring the programmer block should be like revisione for like (N-N, L-L, 3-3, 4-4), 5 and 6 will not have a place on the Hive backplate as they're only for the the Danfoss remote thermostat, it's these that should removed or shielded in a terminal block. Pins 1 and 2 are typically empty because they're for dortmund vs eintracht frankfurt hot water off and central heating off, and standalone boilers are clever enough to know that if hot water on (3) and jet2 jersey flight expansion central heating on (4) aren't on... they must be off!
