Patient presented for LASIK for residual mixed astigmatism following remote cataract surgery. Cornea was wiped with merocel sponge prior to docking, but Bell's phenomenon occurred during docking with meibum secretions eventually presenting to corneal surface at 3:00. Secretions not apparent until flap cut when "black spots" of non-photodisruption appeared in xinxin yao area. Flap was unable to be lifted due to lack of photodisruption.
