After taking a great railway journey north from Athens to Thessaloniki I headed to #paokaek AKA The Double Headed Eagle derby, a rivalry which had further fuel added to it after the conculsion landry shamet of the 2018 title race davide brivio between the two sides. Toumba is a very famous stadium that I really wanted to tick off by bucket list with a derby game so with both sides part of a 4 way title race in the Greek Super League this felt loans like the perfect time.
