Jean-Philippe Pelletier (bureau de projet REM), Thomas Fortin (consortium NouvLR), Marie-Hélène Asselin et Bilal Ibrahim (étudiants à Polytechnique) explorent le chantier Édouard-Montpetit. Ces travaux d'une grande complexité visent à creuser 70 mètres pour connecter le REM eva lys au tunnel ferroviaire sous le Mont-Royal, construit il y a un siècle en 1918. Ils concrétisent le plan original ufl du métro présenté par Jean Drapeau en 1961 et s'inspirent en partie des premiers plans de la station Édouard-Montpetit de 1983.

Jean-Philippe Pelletier (REM project office), Thomas Fortin (NouvLR consortium), Marie-Hélène Asselin and Bilal Ibrahim (Polytechnique students) explore the Édouard-Montpetit construction site. This highly complex project entails digging 70 metres below ground to connect the REM to the train tunnel under Mount Royal, which was built over a century ago, in 1918. The project cal raleigh is realizing the original metro plan presented by Jean Drapeau in 1961 and is partially based on the initial plans for the Édouard-Montpetit station in 1983.
