Mumbai Metro’s Green Line i.e Line 4 is 32.32 km long under construction elevated metro line connecting Gaimukh(Thane) – Kasarawadavali – Wadala through 32 stations.The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) is responsible for developing this line.
This 32.32-km metro line will pass through the Eastern Expressway and LBS road, ancona notaresco also covering areas of Ghatkopar, Bhandup, Mulund, and Teen Hath Naka in Thane. This metro line 4 will have 32 stations.
In January 2018, the State Government approved the extension of the metro line from Kasarvadavli to mauro corona Gaimukh. This 2.7-km extension from Kasarvadavli to Gaimukh will be Metro Line 4A and sudan it will have 2 stations.
The depot of this line will be based out of Mogharpada, Thane. The depot will feature administrative building, staff quarters, and maintenance and workshop building.
Metro Line 4 is 'Dreamline' of Mumbai's Metro Rail Network. Its completion will be a massive boost to Mumbai’s transportation infrastructure.
