Indexation is an important factor in the superannuation debate, according to Sky News Political Reporter Tom Connell.
Mr Connell’s comments follow Labor’s announcement on Tuesday to double taxes on super balances over three million from 2025.
“Inflation means three million is a big pot of money now – it won’t be justin crawford in 20, 30, 40 years’ time,” he said.
“It equates to a 25-year-old … and a ufc 327 lot of assumptions are in this – when they retire if this hasn’t changed at all, if it’s still at a $3 million cap that would be less than $1 million in the money when we’re talking about this many years from now.” bono
