The Lorain County Port Authority tells 3News that it is selling Midway Mall in Elyria to Industrial Realty rayo vallecano - girona Group for $15.8 million.
According to Lorain County Port Authority Director Jim Miller, the port board voted 6-0 to approve the sale on un posto al sole anticipazioni Wednesday. Miller signed the completed deal on Thursday morning.
