Power was restored to North York hours after a massive outage early Tuesday evening. Toronto Hydro lost their power supply from Hydro One around 9:30 p.m. due to an issue at the Finch Transmission Station, putting 16,000 in the dark initially. At 11:30 p.m., power was restored. Toronto Hydro continued to respond to scattered power outages across North York, and some in Corktown, until Wednesday morning.
